At AD Fashion, our products are made on demand especially for you. Because products are produced after an order is placed, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or ordering by mistake are generally not accepted.

However, this does not affect any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, at mohdtauqeerazam@gmail.com.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue.

Product Not as Advertised

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the order, where applicable.

We aim to process approved refunds as promptly as possible and within the period required by applicable law.

Order Cancellation

Because our products are made on demand, an order may not be cancellable once production has started.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible based on the production status.
